#Carry out a detailed review of inquiry documents for a complete understanding of requirements, ensuring all requirements are identified for inclusion or qualification.
#Negotiate and agree /confirm contract specifications with a variety of external groups, including subcontractors, clients and suppliers.
#Prepare the requests for bid bonds, keeping full record of government commercial certificates and preparing the pricing schedules by doing internal calculation.
#Manage the proposal schedule and ensure that all stages of the proposal preparation are carried out in a timely manner.
#Conduct a risk assessment and identifies what risks require mitigation to an acceptable level either by cost or qualification.
#Analyze and accurately interprets the information and identifies the key points for requirements of proposals.
#Prepare the final submission document that clearly cites the proposed technical and commercial solution and the benefits of the proposal.
#Submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide answers / responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.

Trained by the senior engineers on the installation operation and maintenance of power system, such as transformers, control panels, cables, overhead lines, switchgears, fuses, protection systems, meters and computer control network (SCADA) for voltages 33 kV to 110 KV.
