Responsible for:
-Supervising Analysts and perform Training for New staff and following their works.
- Reporting directly to quality control manager.
- Preparation of SOPs according to the current official reference .
- Updating & Development the methods according to current pharmacopeia.
- Perform microbiological techniques for all products ( Validation methods)
- Perform Effectiveness of antimicrobial preservatives testing.
- Validation of shelf life for isopropyl alcoho 70% .
- Microbiological analysis of packaging materials.
- Perform testing for the efficacy of chemical disinfectants.
- Perform test for preservation and subculturing of microbiological cultures.
- Good knowledge of cGMPs, GLP, USP, BP and EP.
- Follow up of the QC documentation system compliance.
- Reporting directly for quality control manager & writes summary and final reports.
- Preparing Trend analysis for water and Environmental monitoring.

- Supervising and Performing all microbiological tests as :.
- Full Microbiological Analysis and sampling of water ( pur and for inj )
Chemical analysis of water ( TOC, Conductivity, PH & Hardness)
- Perform calibration for (Balance & pH meter, conductivity meter, Air sampler & Chlorimeter)

- Microbial Limit Test & Pathogenicity tests ( E.coli, Salmonella sp, P.auerginosa, Staph .aeureus)
for Finished products and Raw materials
- Validation of Microbial Limit Test .

- Biological Antibiotic Assay Test for different Antibiotics .
- Validation of Biological Antibiotic Assay Test .

- Perform Routine Count test of standard microbial strains.
- Performs enumeration of Biological Indicators
- Perform Gram stain For identification different M.Os.
- Weighing and preparation of the madia and perform growth promotion test for each prepared batch.
- Using API system for identification ( Gram -ve bacteria ).
- Perform Routine Check for Lab Instruments like Incubators, Data loggers, Oven, Microscopes, Laminar air flow, Balance and Autoclaves.
- Perform Validation for various microbial tests.
- Perform method validation and validation support.
- Perform all routine tests in Microbiological lab.
- Data entry and maintains all department records and documents according to current procedure ( SOPs ) and write certificate for the examined samples.
