• investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Proactively assist in help desk duties, supporting printers, hardware, software and related technical issues.
• Installation and Configuration of Operating Systems on Desktops and other business related software
• Configuring, Setting up and troubleshooting of Email client.
Configuring and setting up of Hardware such, PC, Network Printers and peripherals.
• Data backup and recovery of user data.
Detecting, diagnosing and correcting computer hardware, software, and peripheral errors.
• Replacing any hardware device which is not working as per the process in place.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance of PCs and peripherals and any other hardwares
• Provide regular progress reports to Management on key issues and provide recommendations on new enhancements that would improve the efficiency of the systems.
• Attend to trouble tickets and resolve issues timely.

Supervise the installations, configuration and maintenance of all network devices. Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of LAN/WAN, DSL, WLAN, Routers, windows operating systems, Win-Vista/7, Win-XP, Win 2000, Windows Office package, User accounts, Outlook, application software.

Providing IT support to computer users within the office.
Support level 2 & 3 in Trouble Ticket Systems; Peregrine Service Centre, Remedy User,
ITSP, ITSM, ITGM, BMC Remedy etc.,
