Manage strategic project as Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications & Information Technology Company and fiber runner for STC exchanges, STC WIFI all over the Kingdome and Wireless P2P.
Part of management board to enhance team performance, team allocation and Evaluation, and project management methodology.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Deep monitoring and controlling for all operation costs to ensure its alignment with the estimated budget.
Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
Maintain tools, training, and staff skill matrix to ensure alignment with ever changing business requirements.
Coordinate with 3rd parties aiming at smooth service delivery through effective underpinning contracts.
Leading a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget for the domain and geography for which they have responsibility

Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing, and managing delivery with the associated teams.
Enterprise Customers’ interface with (RSLF, GCS, STC, SCECO, MOE, CM “Council of Ministers of
Saudi Arabia”, KFSH Dammam, KFMC, RSADF, PPA, etc.) Projects’ Size vary from small project to
large/complex projects (from 5 Million SAR to 200 Million SAR).
Part of PMO team to enhance Project Management Methodology, documents, processes and
procedures for better projects’ management.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors needed in project implementation.
Lead of the project’s initiation and handover committee.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
