•I managed the activities of two warehouses at TSC in Ahmadi and Mina Abdullah in Kuwait (Shipping, warehousing, and transportation) with over 200 staff, warehouse area of 20.000 sqm2 with inventory value over US$18 Million and 30, 000 SKU’s, and fleet of more than 30 trucks. The division services all TSC Business units.
•I handling the movement of stock for all warehouses (item not moved, Slow moving items and Over stock).
•I am responsible to ensure that the ordering process of the stores is executed as per Sultan policies and procedures, so that the store goods stock level is in line with the sales pattern. The store should achieve a high customer service level and a healthy stock balance in order to avoid over stock and out of stock situations
•Ensure that all machinery such as trucks, transporters and pallet jacks are maintained and are safe to operate
•Ensure that all co workers that operate any type of machinery, especially fork lift trucks, are properly trained and licensed, (if applicable), to prevent any work related accidents
•Ensure that the racking used in the self serve and full serve warehouse areas are built up according to safety regulations, used in the correct way and weekly maintained and repaired
•Support the sales departments and ensure that customers are provided with the highest possible service level combined with maximized stock turnover to achieve the pre-defined yearly sales targets
•Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are meet;
•Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters;
•Review, follow-up and communicate the agreed daily and monthly KPI’s within my area of responsibility to the Logistics Director and Country Dc Manager, the warehouse management team and my co-workers
•Making Foreign Orders with Suppliers.
•Follow up the goods from suppliers to our warehouse.
•Follow up the goods with Traffic Dept.
•Making Claims about Shortage from goods.
•Sending report including Received Consignments Shortage Claims for Suppliers.
•Following the L/C with Suppliers and Finance Dept.
•Making Return Goods from Customers.
•Making daily distribution table for drivers.
•Daily follow up with our drivers and Customers about orders.
•Sending Letters for Cooperatives about listing new items.
•Making Promotion for items.
•Controlling / Monitoring 10 Pharmacies, their about daily sales and goods purchases daily basis.
•Helping doctors in Pharmacies for learning System and Sales.
•Register new medicine.
•Maintenance of Computers and installing new software.
•Stocktaking and stores and pharmacies.
