Responsible for building and managing a service organization kingdom wide within JCCS that would create an edge for the company in the IT market
Reporting to the CEO of the company and responsible for the over all branch management, sales, projects, services, HR and customer accounts development and relations. Eastern Province branch covers Jubail, Hofuf and Khafji offices. All major customer accounts in the region are managed directly by my teams reporting directly to me. Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, RC, MARAFIQ are some of the major accounts that are under my management.
Some of the tasks that I do on routine basis are:
* Sets the branch budget and sales quota.
* Interviewing and hiring all the branch required staff.
* Reviewing and setting the company profit margins in all major tenders.
* Reviewing and Signing on the company behalf the O&M contracts and sales agreements.
* Reviewing, evaluating and recommending the annual staff appraisals.
* Conduct sales review weekly and quarterly meetings and discuss achievement reports with sales, projects and services departments.
Some of the achievements:
* Improved the branch net profitability from negative to positive levels with steady growth year after year (2006- 2008). Effective cost cutting and be selective in business deals to participate in were the two main methods I used to flip the net results from losses into profits.
* Restructure the branch departments and branch organizational structure
From my previous position in the eastern province branch as Sales General Manger I was promoted and shifted to Riyadh to work in the company HQ in the corporate office. I was reporting to the CEO. In this new position I was responsible for the kingdom wide marketing of products and services of the company and partners business relations management. I Worked with and managed more than 15 product line managers and products technical specialists. Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, Hp, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Microsoft, Citrix and Symantec are the main manufacturers and business partners we worked with and promoted their business relations with Jeraisy. Among my other responsibilities were, to maintain and promote the professional status level of Jeraisy with each manufacturer and business partner. For example, Cisco Gold Certification. Prices and special additional discounts negotiation to win potential bids and deals was also part of my responsibility along with the product line manager and the sales manager. We also were participating in preparing the technical and commercial tenders response.
In-charge of all sales activity in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia and directly managing a team of professional sales of more than 25 executives and division managers with total sales quota of more than USD 20Millions
Procure stock inventory for fast moving and hot selling items for all the region based on sales forecast and market need
Directly involve in sizable bids preparation and pricing responsibility of quotes up to USD 15Millions
Acting General Manager of the branch in times of annual vacation or emergency leaves or business trips of the branch General Manager.
Authorized to sign on behalf of company on some contracts
Maintained excellent business partnership relations with major local and international suppliers and manufacturers like (Avaya Communication, Hp/Compaq, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Marconi Communications, Microsoft and Oracle) through direct dialog and common interest basis.
