Preparing cost estimate for construction works based on the information provided by Design Team.

Preparing budget estimate for construction works at project inception stage based on the information provided by Design Department along with budget estimate for Design Consultancy Services; preparation of cost reports and presentations for Management.
Performing risk and value management and cost control and measuring from plan drawings and isometrics to produce fully priced detailed bills of quantities c/w labor hours and material costs.
Carrying out full construction take off, preparing construction cost plan, and tracking costs, labor costs, cash flows and efficiency through the project lifecycle.
Preparing subcontract packages for procurement agree contracts and manage to a final account; finalising sub-contractor item rates, hired equipment and certification of bills and preparation of monthly payments for the parties; maintaining a register of payments.
