in installing and inspecting electromechanical system in industrial, commercial
, residential, School and Hospital complex. My experience also includes
preparing Design drawing, shop drawing and coordination drawing for
electromechanical( electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) system,
Execution and supervision of all electrical and mechanical work either it be
internal or external services .
Conduct routine site inspection and ensure completion of related phase with the
specified time of schedule.
Site inspection on completed work with consultant in accordance with approved
shop drawing.
Perform work inspection with QA/QC engineer, MEP coordinator and
consultant.
Preparation of Inspection request for completed work for consultant approval.
Evaluate monthly progress billing and progress report.

Organize and evaluate supplier submittal and quotation.
Preparation of material request for project requirement according to drawing
and Material approved.
Checking shop drawing coordination drawing and specification for bidding
project.
Man power handling and job assignment for them.
Coordination with subcontractor for smooth site operation.
Attending the site meeting concerning the progress of work with consultant and
client.
Preparation of weekly progress report and look ahead program.
Material Management on site intimating the procurement department as per
procurement schedule and follow ups for the same.
Regular reporting to the project manager regarding site activity.
Inspected all material associated with MEP system.
Preparation shop drawing, documents, and submittal to obtain local authority
approval (DEWA, ETISALAT AND DCD).
Design of electrical layouts.
Load calculation, Assessment of connected load& max. demand load.
Selection of breaker size as well as cable size depending upon load with
considering voltage drop.
Preparation of load scheduled of Distribution board.
Preparation of single line diagram, Shop drawing, as built drawing such as
lighting, power and low current layout.
Drawing and material submittal in order to get approval from the consultant
Inquiry for quotation technical and commercial, comparison of quotation, filling of
purchase orders.
Electrical estimating and coasting for bidding project.
Planning, co-ordination, execution and site supervision.
