Achieving stretched targets and managing sales in a result-focused environment.
Assisted in initial set-up of the company and conducting site analysis
Preparing & negotiation the contractual agreement with prospective buyers
Finalizing proposals & calculation of commission pay-out for middleman
Implementing competent marketing strategies with a view to tap unexplored markets expand operations and achieve sales / revenue targets
Sales Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring actual sales
Providing leadership, business acumen and communication (internally and externally)
Develop a situation analysis of your company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business
Liaise with media and advertising firms
Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and support store operations, policies and procedures Usage of the teller machine processing the transaction of sales made.

Assist the Store Manager with shift coverage in the event there are no other employees available to work
Develops employee work schedules
Ability to finalize, transmit and process weekly time and attendance records and payroll.
