1. Manager Administration & Contracts

• Projects Contract Review, Evaluate, as needed give a comment on client proposed terms and conditions (Terms, Scope of work, Legal Compliance) & coordination with client for necessary modification and ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees about practices and procedures.
• Analyzing the administration expenses and work towards to minimizing the operational expenses or costs.
• Ensure proper approved document are enclosed for processing work order for work execution.
• Supervise site work progress and analyzing with monthly invoicing to ensure billed quantities are accurate.
• Involving in site issues and rectifying timely manner for on time invoicing.
• Follow-up with BDO’s for collecting payment as per terms.

 Accounts Responsibilities:-
• To manage and supervise accounting book keeping i.e., general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, pay roll, invoices, sales, deposits & inventory in ERP and SAP System.
• Reporting to management in timely manner to improve financial & operations activities.
• Preparation of financial statements(Balance sheet, profit & loss account and cash flow statement )on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and their interpretation.
• Monitoring cash and bank position for day to day requirements.
• Preparation of receivable statements on monthly basis and follow-up.
• To supervise and implement budgeting, inventory, internal audit & costing system.
• To analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses & guide Chief Executive.
