 Handle all type of Correspondence.
 Maintain Ledgers.
 Maintain and control the strategic planning for logistics to
ensure that all material movements are completed in a timely
manner from supplier to achieve on time delivery.
 Controls the logistics supporting company plans,
programmes, and contractors equipment comply with
Company HSE policies and directives
 Hazardous Chemicals are handled in accordance with agreed
procedures.
 Coordinating material movements with all the concerned
parties to ensure timely receipt.
 Record all transfers of Goods/Items transfers in the system
as they occur.
 Report all Damage/shortages immediately in accordance with
agreed procedure. Ensure best practice is applied to all
movement operations
 Balance petty cash with General Cashier.
 Reconcile the Outstanding Cheques
 Maintain Expense file
 Handle customer’s complaints especially well coordinate with
ICI in ANHYDROUS AMMONIA Gas Transportation business.
 Monitor and arrange maintenance schedule of Ammonia
tankers on monthly & quarterly basis.
 Attend All SH&E & Business meetings in presence or
absence of Managing Director.
 Prepare Agenda & Minutes.
 Prepare Audit Reports according to ISO / CEFIC requirements.
 Prepare Vehicle Maintenance Record.
 Interface with the Home Office to ensure that the Site and
Home Office are kept updated with Fleet Maintenance records
weekly and immediately after any major service or repair.
 Preparation of Invoices
 Checking of all invoices/payments and receipt vouchers
 Checking of Cash in / Out & Bank transactions.
 Maintain C-Track/U-Track Analysis Reports of vehicles.
 Arrange Maintenance Schedule of C-Track/U-Track in case of
non-availability of Tracker Reports.
 Monitoring operations to ensure staff members comply with
administration policies, procedures, safety rules and
Government regulations.
 Analyze Expenditure and other financial information in order to
develop plans, policies and budgets for increasing profit and
improving services
 Promote Safe work activities by conducting safety Audits
