I was responsible for the dental clinics as the first person to contact with patients. I was with the patient before they arrive to clinic as to remind them of their appointments and confirming their appointments. I welcome the patient to the dental clinic whether the patient is has an appointment or a walk-in patint. After that I contact the doctors and their nurses that their patient has arrived and notify the patient if any possible delay. Once the patient is inside the clinic, I send the service ordered by thr doctor to the insurance company and notify the medical team of the approval status immediately. After the patient is done, I finish their payments if any and book their next appointments whether it is wit dental or any other clinic.
I also covered other areas such as orthopedic, main reception, E.R., ENT, and other clinics.
As an extra mile, I lead the team to participate in the marketing team to book the annual check up packeges for all ARAMCO patients. I was coaching the team and made sure that we reach our daily target of 20 appointments.
I was responsible for the E.R. and covered extra time in holidays and weekends because we had to open 24/7.
Fresh graduated in Summer 2016 with BS Aeronautics, Aeronautical Studies with flight technology experience with Cum Lauda Honors
