• Preparing, on a monthly basis, Cost Reports.
• Preparing and updating the Cash Flow of the project, reviewing the Cash Flow presented by the Contractor on a monthly basis and other times as required.
• Overseeing the production of detailed BOQ for Variations.
• Producing Cost Estimates required and evaluating cost proposals submitted by the Contractor.

Direct liaison with the Project Director and the Commercial Manager
Responsible for contractual correspondence related to financial issues
Dealing with contractors claims
Assessing of change requests, negotiating prices under existing contracts
Evaluation of unit rates for the new work items and preparation of variation orders
Reviewing of all submissions of interim and final payments
Preparing cash flow forecasts for the E.U

Responsible for field inspections and Quantity surveying
