The Al Jaber Group is a large multinational conglomerate based in Abu Dhabi. The company currently employs over 50, 000 employees and is one of the largest companies in the UAE.
I am working in Al Jaber Group as a Recruitment Officer specializing in Emiratization assisting the company in Emiritization targets and objectives.
I do the following tasks: contacting Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council (ADTC ) for the recruitment process, updating their website, and working on their reports. Furthermore, I work with Tanmiah training to arrange suitable training for Emirati candidates and give weekly reports to managers. In addition, I give analysis on reports and updates of information that is related to UAE nationals who are employee in the company. I also contact the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and other government sector that are related to ABSHER agreement.
