Plan annual maintenance program of managed buildings and ensure it is executed as scheduled.
Monitor the service levels and KPI’s of outsourced contracts and performance level of in-house maintenance team.

Operation & Maintenance of Critical systems; MV & LV panels, Generators, UPS system, lighting etc. & ELV systems like Fire alarm, BMS, CCTV, Access control and Chillers, AHU and Pumps.
Ensure life safety systems are inspected and serviced as per local code and up to-date records are maintained.
Coordinate with insurance agents for claiming against damages and witness FAT testing.
Supervise the fit-out works and liaise with government authorities for document approvals.
Recruit technical staff and provide training for deployment to allocated sites.
Worked as Lead Engineer in a senior level responsible for managing the Operations & Maintenance of Hard services and projects of the Engineering Service Department for the 21 Healthcare Facility buildings in different locations across Qatar.
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the Facilities & Building service Operations of all the Electrical Systems (Low Voltage, ELV system) and other MEP system of all the Twenty One Different Healthcare Facilities under the Supreme Council of Health, Qatar.
2) Lead & Manage the outsourced FM service provider for the Operation and maintenance activities of all MEP system ensuring the KPI & SLA as per the contract and in compliance with HTM standards for Healthcare facility.
3) Technical member in preparing the technical specifications, Defining SLA, KPI & related tender documents (Scope, BOQ, etc) for FM Contract and other engineering projects.
4) Contract execution as per HTM standards and contract SLA&KPI’s.
5) Periodic inspection & testing as per BS 7671 standards.
6) Weekly & Monthly Reports Submissions.
7) Corrective & Preventive Maintenance in Asset plus software.
8) Thermal Imaging of Lightings and Panel boards.
9) Chillers starter panels -6.6 KV Operations & Maintenance.
10) Liaising &Coordination with Consultants and contractors for hand over process.
11) Procurement & Inventory management as per contract BOQ budget
