JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• WORKING at TARROS EXPRESS EGYPT co AS AGENT OF TARROS ITALY LINE FOR SHIPPING (Export & Import department)
• Making shipping declaration.
• Handling the Booking process of vessels.
• MAKING all bills of maritime invoices & penalties & storages.
• Taking OET & IFT & SEALS NUMBER & all movements of containers.
• Tracing containers movements.
• Receiving and discussing clients' problems & solving it.
• Making reloading plan of the vessel.
• Deliver Bill of lading to customers & modify Bill of lading.
• Making Report with what we need & what we have of containers after every vessel.
• Collecting all due amount from customers & follow it till collecting.
