Marketing Strategy
Planning, Developing and Implementing effective marketing communications campaigns for exhibitions and conferences.
Follow ups and Maintain a Strategic Marketing Database

Research &Strategic Planning Support
The role involves a significant primary and secondary research component including online research, international models, case studies, meeting with on ground stakeholders and capturing relevant information.
Marketing & Communications
Marketing and Communications inputs to support the growth and development of clientele Foundations and CSR/Philanthropic initiatives as well as create brand awarenss for Innovaid in the marketplace. This also includes overseeing marketing collaterals to promote the client work.
Project Management
Responsibility to coordinate key projects under the supervision of managers.This includes smaller programs, events, or Innovaid initiatives, which require on-ground attention, local knowledge, field work and logistical facilitation.

• Researched, Pitched and Developed a robust partnership of music and dance schools with Mewsic to provide training on a pro bono basis
• Assisted in the Planning and Implementation of the Annual Mewsic Festival
• Co-ordinated Content Development among the Mewsic Team for the Monthly Newsletter (Mailchimp)
• Managed Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Blogspot, Youtube) through a strategic stream of links and interactions with online communities
Project Implementation
Overseeing the establishment of music program in all 7 schools of muktangan present in Mumbai and encouraging children to participate thus helping them to join the school choir to sing western classical music
Project Facilitation
To see that the underprivileged women training to be teachers are also trained in music so as to encourage and help the program facilitator during the music session to build a better choir for the school.
Co-ordination
Key resource person in coordinating and training children in music concerts held at the National Centre for Performing Arts and other venues with other theatres groups and corporate.
