•Preparing weekly updates on the status of activities to the GM and top management in Saudi Arabia
•Preparing off-invoice contracts (Accruals) for the regions around the kingdom and verified that they were submitted in complaint with company policy and ensure full proof-of-performance (POP) based on each kind of activity
Maintaining appropriate checks and balances to ensure accurate tracking and accounting for A&P spends, reports, and reconciliations
•Preparing segregation sheet for accruals according to its nature (Secondary Visibility - Sell out - Opening Fees - Listing Fees - Sponsorship etc..) in a continues basis and provide it to the management to take a proper and informed decisions when needed
•Generating necessary reports that contains all Accruals created during the month and reconciles it with other supportive reports to ensure the accuracy and correctness of accrual creation process
•Coordinating with cash collecting team (Revenue team) in which I provide them with the reports needed (accruals tracking sheet) for the aid of cash match process.
•Preparing the credit notes in which it would be uploaded in system and ready to be posted and paid to customers

•Preparing the financial statements.
•Checking the trial balances and doing test of controls and test of details.
•Using a special program ( idea) to collect samples and test them.
