1. Assess installed plant & manufacturing capabilities & identify engineering projects aimed at sustaining and/or improving the manufacturing processes, and structures.
2. Ensure successful & timely execution of above projects, and handover to production / end-user.
3. Prepare projects in details including CAR & timeline development in coordination with all involved stakeholders; Business Development (BD), CI, Plant Controlling, Conversion, M&R, QA, S&E… etc.
4. Prepare equipment/utilities layout during the development phase, installation phase, and final utilities commissioning and start-up phase.
5- Consolidate project budget and time line
