Follow Field service deployments, reporting and invoicing
Integrate and work with Sales unit team to achieve common goals.

Interact with suppliers on business related issues
Keeping abreast of Service Measure and Warranty Procedure updates as per Equipment dealers Procedures.

Responsible for Dammam Workshop Station activities according to Mercedes-Benz procedures
Monitoring operational sequences with standard text and fled rates including trouble diagnosis according to Mercedes-Benz standards for mechanics
Daily workshop activity follow-up with team leaders and technicians
Maintaining due service measures records and liaison with Daimler-Chrysler
Reporting of monthly workshop efficiency to higher management including individual technician performance
Usage online Workshop Integrated System (WIS) according to Warranty Procedures
Keeping abreast of Service Measure and Warranty Procedure updates as per Merced-Benz guidelines

Involved with Hydraulic Machinery, Forklifts, Hydraulic Cranes, Compressors, managed preventive maintenance schedules

Involve with the all Activities of Fire Tube Boilers, R.O.Plants and Gresham Power Master Generators Designing include Engineering Drawings.
