Rolaco Group of Compaines having around 20 different division and companies, my responsibilites are to audit of all division like Automotive Division (NISSAN), Arabian Sound and Lights, Arabian Stee, Electrical and Light Division, Building Materail, Hotel and Hospital Supplies, High Hills International & Al Moumayaza Art of Travel & Tourrism (Club Med), accounts, Sales, Purchases, Fixed assets, Safty and Securites, Human resource departments as per the company Policy to makes company more safe, strong and more profitable organization.

Maintaining accounts on ERP Moved Responsibility to look after all Suppliers Payments, Petty cash of all branches, showrooms, in all over the KSA, reconcile all supper markets accounts and follows up showrooms deposits on daily basis.

Worked with external auditors.

Responsibility to audit clients Safety, production, administration, accounts, Sales procedure, Purchase procedures as per ISO standard.

Maintaining accounts on ERP Great Plain, Responsibility to look after Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll and bank reconciliation modul posting and, Liaison with External Auditors, Management.

Moreover taking care of Partners Poultry farm business accounts.

Perfomed as all exchange daily reports, deal with all client to what they purchase and sales, analyses market as per companies and country conditins, prepare financial reports, Maintain accounts in computerized environment and all stock exchange accounts work for my owner.

Review all expenses and Making Payment vouchers, booked in ledger.
Deal with Petty Cash
