• Prepare & Maintain Recruitment record (MS - Excel).
• Responsible for handling permanent requirement. End to End recruitment - Sourcing, Screening to Joining of the candidate in the company.
• Coordinating with the HR’s of the client company with regards to the open positions on Daily basis.

• Have hands on experience on working with different job portals like Naukri.com, Monstergulf.com, also done Head Hunting through LinkedIn.
• Recruited candidates for client companies in different industries like Construction, FMCG, Manufacturing, BFSI, Engineering, and Interior Designing in Middle East.
• Employee reference check with the help of Background verification team.
• Have also handled a team in absence of the team leader.

10) Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
1) Having 2 years of experience in software industry, as an SAP-Technical Consultant in SAP-R/3, at Chennai.
2) Undergone 3 months of training on SAP-ABAP including a model mini implementation project at Hyderabad.
3) Developed Technical Designs for both development and interface objects.
4) Hands on experience in Reports (Classical & ALV), Module pool, Data Dictionary, BDC’s, and SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Enhancements, Conversion Objects, RFC function modules and Basics of Adobe Form.
5) Monitored Project related jobs.
