Analyzing Expenses on a monthly basis to ensure the right allocation & postings.
• Monthly expense variance analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and compliance to internal policies.
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and ensure that general ledger accounts are reconciled with resolution to reconciling items.
• Handling Inter-company & Affiliate transactions.
• Research and reconcile all discrepancies.
• Auditing and verifying documents, and supervising all financial roles & day to day operations.
• Prepare schedules for quarterly reviews and year-end audit for independent external auditors clarify information, and prepare supporting data.

Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
• Process and control all petty cash and office supply expenses.
• Release all non-trading goods purchase orders in compliance to budget and comparing prices
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
