• To ensure timely Submission of monthly work plan for approval of Deputy Director.
• Regular liaison & coordination with provincial, district government officials, elected representatives and influential community members for effective implementation of programs/activities.
• To verify reports forwarded by field staff through field visits and Sorts out program implementation issues.
• To conduct monthly meetings & trainings at all level and to resolve issues identified by ED, HDSU, Field officers.
• To conduct monitoring visits at districts of Sindh province.
• To conduct Joint Visits with HDSU team, DC/DEOs to monitor activities in the districts.
• Consolidation of monthly progress report submitted by districts/HDSU and own analysis and recommendations to respective Deputy Director & Director Operations.
• Ensure implementation of program design in accordance with DIP in the district/province for achievement of set targets.
• Early resolution of issues related to Team Building, logistics, HR, Administration and Finance to ensure efficient working of NCHD in the district.
• Ensure coordination with provincial and district governments.
• Presentation of Monthly Progress Reports
• Ensure decisions on all planning related issues in meeting with program heads.
• Forward design related issues for further consideration and modification to Program Heads.
• Provides input to programs during operational planning of the programs.
