- Part of the management team whom their task is to bring the company forward in terms of quality performance, reputation, and growth.
- make sure that Securitas norms and procedure are adhere to and to help in conducting site survey.
- Preparation of monthly guarding operations reports
- Meet client's regularly to ensure satisfaction with our service.
- Immediate follow up with client in case of complains/ Incidents & in case of any emergency.
- Reporting the attendance reports of all sites accurate and complete in timely manner.
- Reporting shift plan of all sites and sending manpower requisition with all the shortage.
- Responsible for digitalization ( VISION & VMS )
- Conduct training for new and current employees, Induction training, Orientation, and onsite training.
- Ensure that the operations center operate 24/7 with full recording of all communications through day and night shifts.
Management:
Manage and provide effective leadership to the operations center and ensure that:
- Resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and that priorities are always covered adequately.
- Manning and overseeing a 24/7 control center
- Make sure that all necessary Securitas processes and procedures are in place and implemented.
- Undertaking various tasks in accordance with the Mandatory Requirement of the security policy framework document, including undertaking security survey, security risk assessment, drafting relevant policies and procedures and compiling security reports.
Security Breaches/ Investigations :
- Act as focal point for any investigation involving security, to prepare reports and note follow up action.
- Report any significant security breaches to Securitas Top Management, undertaking full investigation, recommend course of action in consultation with Securitas.
Key Account Manager for :
- Amazon ( Jordan ) with 5 Premises and 93 Security Officers, I leaded the projects effectively and efficiently, prepared all the reports needed as per their requirements, implementing SOP’s, policies, and interviewing of the candidates, selection, training and deployment to all sites.
