• Provide guidance and support to the Company on statutory requirements, compliance, and
company standards, supporting and developing quality health and safety procedures.
• Conduct HSE Audits and Inspections across sites to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Develop a suite of lessons learnt communications and deliver across the Company and
clients i.e. HSE briefings.
• Produce relevant toolbox talks and issuing them to site supervisors for delivery to the
workforce.
• Support the approved supplier and contractor list process.
• Conduct fire safety audits and inspections on premises, including identifying fire hazards,
risks, and control measures.
• Prepare, review risk assessments and method statements RAMS, while ensuring they are
duly understood and acknowledged by staff and clients.
• Provide support and technical expertise to Senior Management and colleagues including
training to ensure effective sharing of knowledge.
• Ensure arrangements are in place and tested for emergency situations.
• Support the management team in onboarding, inductions and selection processes.
• Plan, monitor, review prevention and protective measures to ensure safe system of works
are in place.
• Attend site management meetings and feedback to team members.

duly understood and acknowledged by staff and clients.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project CPP our companys tasks around
Lifting Operations, Manual Handling, COSHH, WAH, Hoist Operations, Traffic
Management, MEWPs and Logistics.
• Co-ordinate and conduct workplace Occupational health monitoring requirements
• Provide support and technical expertise to Senior Management and colleagues including
training to ensure effective sharing of knowledge.
