Site Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Day to day plan, Supervised, monitoring, and executing the Pre-approved Mechanical tasks.
• Undertaking formulation of work progress plans, resource allocation, materials management and forecasting.
• Coordinate with other Site Engineer as well as the Consultants in the project to successfully accomplish the tasks.
• Preparing Daily, weekly, Monthly reports presenting the work progress in the project, and sharing the reports with Management team.
• Effectively solve the technical, and managerial issues experienced during the handled tasks.
• Preparing and submitting workshop drawings. Ensuring compliance with specifications and contract drawings, as well as overseeing selection and requisition of materials while guaranteeing all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Monitoring Mechanical equipment performance, and Supervising as well as coordinate with Maintenance team to act against any Noticed deficiencies.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect. Ascertaining that building/equipment maintenance, repairs and/or modifications are accomplished as per schedules.
• Arrange material takeoff for all kind of mechanical materials.



Projects:
• King Abdulaziz International Airport as operation engineer ( monitoring the load center performance and act against any deficiencies notices).

• Kingdom Tower in Jeddah as mechanical construction engineer for mechanical services (HVAC, Fire Fighting System Horizontal & Risers, Pump Room As Civil Defense Requirements, Chilled Water System).

• Mechanical maintenance for Utility Equipment’s in Royal palaces at Jeddah. (Emergency Generators & Ac Split Units For Sub Stations).

• Implemented Electro-mechanical works, in Elite Center
(Plumbing & HVAC Ducting).

• Handled the Electro-Mechanical extension & upgrade project at Royal Palaces in Mecca and Jeddah.(Chillers & Ahus, Ducting & Plumbing)

• Set up 10th power generation station in Riyadh.
