Making estimation prices for new projects in the architectural and structural fields
Coordinates and manage with electrical and mechanical engineers to a chief their
final estimations
Coordinate with procurement department in sending and receiving quotations from suppliers.
Assist in choosing winning projects managers and controlling staff
Follow up the progress of winning projects.

The company is a major contracting establishment, mainly working in the eastern
province of Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, I managed a team of 5 qualified engineers and Two cad operators and secretary.
Main responsibilities: Ensuring the work on site as per the drawings, specifications and satisfied the client.
Ensuring the work on site to be as per schedule and cotract budget.
Preparing daily report and flash weekly report showing the activities and the progress persentage.
Ensuring and follow up with procurement department the progress of materials
purchasing and deliverables.
Dealing with contractors and subcontractors.
My main achievements: - Increase productivity of manpower by closely monitoring and giving right
decisions.

Field site engineer reporting to the project engineer I was responsible to set the layout of irrigation channels and electric stations.
The work include but not limited to: Insure backfilling and compaction for the channels banks to be as per the drawings and specifications.
The following projects was handled under my direct supervision: 1. Kinana project channels for no. 5 & 6 stations.
2. Alqurair & Noori projects rehabilitation.
Supervised concrete work for channel bridges and foundations.
Handle the work to the consultant.
