Reporting directly to the General Manager and handling all Marketing Communications related activities.
Duties:
• Handles all Marketing Activities (Pre-opening & Launch Phases)
• Responsible for dealing with Creative Agencies and Production companies.
• Manages the company’s website and Social Media Channels
• Handles all Social Media channels for the hotel (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pintrest).
• Responsible for press releases and clippings, setting appointments with journalists, magazines for interviews and publishing advertisements.
• Organizes media trips in collaboration with the local airline, QTA and Four Seasons PR agencies.
• Responsible for all marketing collateral materials produced within the Hotel or through local production agencies.
• Monitors and updates the Four Seasons’ website on regular basis.
• Assists the PR Manager in the yearly budget planning.
• Provide secretarial services to guests including typing, photocopying, printing, arranging courier services, letter typing and Word processing.
• Administer the use of the conference rooms, meetings and workstations in the Business Center.
• Maintain and arrange office equipment.
• Provide information on events, exhibitions or conferences going on in the city.
• Arrange personalized stationery for VIP guests required by the Hotel Management. el Management.
• Tourism and Flight Attendant Certificate (Morocco 2010)
High School degree in Economics
