Creating a loading plan on daily basis and ensuring proper communication with stakeholders and the dispatch team. Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by creating strong vehicle schedules.
Deciding whether to rent vehicles.
Creating, and developing efficient vehicle schedules to maximize profits.
Managing the drivers to adhere to strict schedules.
inspecting all vehicles' licenses and validating.
Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
Maintaining detailed records of all vehicles, renting companies

Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Managing and supervising the operations of outdoor cleaning services for the east zone of Cairo governorate. Follow up and manage a labor force of 350 employees (drivers, workers, and supervisors),

The work scope is seven districts in the east zone of Cairo governorate, and 12 buildings (work centers).
Ensure proper disposal of collected waste according to international environmental standards and procedures. Coordinating and establishing a strong link with the mechanical workshop to guarantee the availability of the required vehicles for the services according to the work plan.
Serve the customers adequately and promptly within company rules and according to the available resources.
Study the work plan modifications and proposals and set up suitable rules and procedures to ensure the continuous improvement of the provided services.
