- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level help desk remote support to different clients in their different
locations across US.
- Provide the necessary support to our client’s servers, workstations, Laptops, printers and other
equipment.
- Support clients cameras and access control system across different sites.
- Administering Active Directory environment, configuring and troubleshooting OU’s, GPO’s
and AD replication.
- Management of virtual environments running VMware vCenter and vSphere ESXi hosts.
- Management of Veeam- backup, copy and replication.
- Administer and Configure Hybrid Exchange Environments, Microsoft Exchange Server (on
premise) & Office 365.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to assist in identifying and resolving issues.
- Administrate Network through Cisco Meraki Portal and troubleshoot networking issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and DFS.
- Diagnose and resolve errors in a Windows Networking Environment.
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts plus familiarity working with Meraki Switches
and Routers.
- Mange Cisco MX Unified Threat Management through Meraki portal.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems e.g. Fresh Desk
- Manage and administrate Sentinel One, Huntress, Rob shadow and Ninja RMM solutions.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and apply security recommendation on the
existing infrastructure.
- Manage and administrate Proof Point email security for all of our clients.
- Knowledge in administrating cloud solutions like Azure, AWS and GCP.
- Preform the necessary penetration testing to find and cover existing vulnerabilities for existing
clients’ infrastructure.
- Manage and administrate NAS solutions like Synology and OES.
- Writing PowerShell and Bash Scripts for process automation.
- Troubleshooting issues in the product (application and data), database server, web server
(IIS), and networks, to minimize the risk of disruptions.
- Communicating and escalating critical service failures through the Incident Management,
Problem Management, and Senior Management teams.
- Ensuring reviews are fully documented and actions are raised and fulfilled.
- Being involved in changes to the service operation tools, processes, and working practices.
- Operating system exposure (Windows), including familiarity with enterprise software
environments and client-server architecture.
- MS SQL Database experience.
- Some experience establishing and maintaining client - server environments, including
troubleshooting configuration issues.
- Customer service soft skills such as customer empathy, diplomacy, and problem ownership.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences with different
levels of technical expertise.
- Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers
- Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers, switches, Firewalls) or peripheral
devices
· Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs
etc.)
- Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies.
- Responsible for create & implement Virtual servers on premises and on cloud, maintain
system sustainability.
- Check backup, troubleshoot system problems, and support help desk team to ensure that our
IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
- Maintain AD and Azure AD replication between company sites
- Manage On-prem Active directory, Azure AD, O365 Email accounts and Exchange.
- Monitor the servers’ performance and network devices.
- Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and
protection from attacks.
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated and PCI DSS compliance polices
are applied.
- Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.

Handle Customer Requests related to IT Products by visits or by phones.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
MCSA and CCNA knowledge
Knowledge in dealing with network devices (Routers, Switches and access points).
Strong knowledge in dealing with MS Windows (XP, 7, 8 and 10).
Major in Mathematics Minor in Computer Science
