•Provide valuable information to customer using CEM Big Data platform (Hadoop, SQ Database. Etc.) for Planning and Marketing Decision making on Data/Internet Services improvement (e.g. TOP OTT/URL Users, 4G/3G/2G Migration, 3G/4G site planning, device penetration, OTT User/Trafic like Facebook, Twitter WhatsApp etc.).
•Using Big Data analytics to provide trend analysis for SQM and KQI/KPI performance provide suggestions to improve performance.
•Monitoring and Demarcation Alarms generated by SmartCare Huawei System to detect.
•Working in a 24/7 shifts basis to maintain network stability and report observed deteriorations.
•Generate and analyse service reports: (Daily, Weekly, Monthly SOC activity reports: MBB, SMS, Value Cases ... etc.)
•Creating various Excel documents to assist with pulling metrics data and presenting them to give concise understanding of best placement for needed resources.
•Handling Customer Requests by using scripts in SQL on system databases to extract business insights on a day to day basis.
•Provide Analysis of customer Key Quality Indicators (KQI), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Quality of Experience (QoE).
•Conducted complex data analysis using SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from large databases, improving data accuracy and eficiency.
•Developed and maintained automated data pipelines to streamline data extraction and reporting processes, reducing manual efort and increasing data accessibility.
