Role Description: Reviewing and confirming the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and
programs specific to the project, ensuring all HSE requirements are integrated into project planning
and execution, maintaining compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and
standards, and conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to HSE policies.

Plans, directs, monitors and reviews the implementation HSE programs and
policies, Also, Analyzes HSE targets at Project Level, defines, develops and ensures conformance
to HSE objectives, policies and procedures.

Leading the Companys HSE department from Head Office \[Cairo\] including
companys active construction projects in different cities (Cairo, Aswan, Zaafarana, etc.)
Company Business: solar energy, real estate, restoration of archaeological sites, and other
construction sites such as hospitals, ports, etc.
• Received an appreciation certificate from client CCC in recognition of my efforts as the HSE
manager for the Zaafarana Solar Project.
• Achieving more than 4 million safe man-hours in the companys projects as of my assignment date.
• Establishing the companys HSE management system.
• Developing 9 HSE plans for the companys projects.
• Developing more than 64 risk assessments for the companys projects.
• Leading the HSE of 50 MW Zaafarana solar project Scope 25 MW directly from the site in parallel
with flawless management of the HSE needs of head office and other projects.
• Spread safety culture and awareness among employees by conducting more than 3, 954 hours of
HSE training and orientation.
• Conducting more than 67 successful audits on the companys sites.
