Responsible for the implementation of the set service standards in the restaurant.
• Ensures proper scheduling of staff in accordance to the expected work-load and depending on the requirements.
• Ensures proper handling of equipment prevents loss and damage to assets and goods and follows proper procedures in regards to maintenance and material requisitions
• Ensures proper regular training with the objective to maintain the highest standards of service.
• Maintains the equipment and furniture to the highest standards of maintenance and reports damages immediately via the SOP of maintenance work orders.
