Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for implementing and adhering to strict quality standards as well as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure smooth company operations.
• Maintaining various documents, revising/revamping all processes, monitoring performance of operation staff and accordingly providing feedback to improve their performance.
• Proactively involving in developing and implementing SOP and industry best practices to enhance operations.
• Assisting team members in identifying and promptly resolving quality issues.
• Handling changes or any modifications in the process while managing new installations.
• Regularly monitoring and following-up with the daily operational issues to minimise quality issues.
• Administering R&D trails in the production; reporting all production and quality issues.
• Assessing risk in conjunction with the operation team, also conducting monthly audits to ensure highest Hygiene and PRP.
• Reviewing HACCP to implement ant changes as well as validating any process changes/new installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for conducting internal audits in the quality and food safety department to ensure adherence with food safety standards, such as HACCP, bio vigilance, AIB, control plan, food safety site and surveillance plan.
• Developed and implemented external audits action plan consisting Food Safety, PRP/Hygiene, ISO 22000 and USA military hygiene audits.
• Managed and authorised changes related to the factory processes using change management and tracking system.
• Facilitated training pertaining to food safety and Neptune (cleaning efficiency).
• Implemented corrective measures to control Bacteriophage in the plant, also consistently improved product quality through developing and enforcing SOPs in the production department.
• Evaluated all control equipment standards requirement in the plant Indispensable equipment, also followed-up with the engineering team to determine, list and prepare budget for missing items.
• Steered Neptune Audits in the plant (CIP validation programme); checked cleaning efficiency and conformity of critical parameters TACT while closing the findings.
• Collaborated with the quality system leader for documentation and covering in addition to coordinating with the environment department.
• Performed risk analysis in conjunction with the maintenance team leader; ensured spare part availability in defined time and PM schedules.
• Communicated with the maintenance team performing factory instrument calibrations.
• Conducted co-manufacturer audit, thus ensuring manufacturing of a high-quality product with superior quality, hygiene, quality system/quality assurance and food safety plus biosecurity.

• Effectively met all processing requirements while fulfilling market demands through weekly processing plan comprising different SKU’s fresh and UHT.
• In 2006 Assigned from top management to revalidate all production recipe with Process controller Section and R & D. before updated in SAP.
• Ensured availability of required process equipment and met daily requirements.
• Led and directed process staff members to adhere to process plans related to milk reception and distribution in production dairies.
• Led the problem solving group, minimised ingredient losses and maintained filling machines performance through CUTE programme and SAP updating.
• Conducted daily meetings to resolve problem related to quality, safety, machine performance, PM plan and staff affair issues.
• Success in leading the UHT recombined milk process in al Safi-danone factory in 2005.
• Controlled cost and loss pertaining to ingredients, bulk, finish products and chemical, thus minimising factory losses.

• Initiated and first starter for the Juice Section in the plant in 2000 Areen Juice and 2001 Danao juice with milk.
• Supervised and monitored the juice section of brands, such as Areen and Danao; resolved all quality issues and ensured success of the division.
• Facilitated required training to new and existing team members on job procedures and SOPs.
• Controlled losses and managed market demand through SAP system.
• Controlled and stored Danao concentration leftover for future uses.

• Undertook responsibility of milk reception while steering the milk and cream process according to process demand.
• Acted as a processing and filling leader (Areen & DANAO products); started Juice division in 2000.
• Updated CUTE and SAP on daily Basis, managed weekly plan and updated demand changes as per information received through fax.
• Calculated losses and wastage, developed bulk culture and intermediate culture for all fermented products as well as controlled CIP parameters and preparation.
