Analyze and assist in the resolution of work related problems and
diagnosis of malfunctions with machinery and equipment during shift.
Schedule work to be performed based on routine preventative maintenance

Evaluate cost of maintenance; review and submit proposals of
modifications to manufacturer or vendor, as well as obtain all types of
automotive equipment such as supplies, materials, and parts needed to

to ensure efficient working throughout working hours.
Manage facility to achieve target revenue generation by maintaining
service department efficiently.
Maintain inventory of spare parts for service center.

Equipment in anticipation of the future business requirement for directly
reporting locations.
Monitor all service enquiries and procedures to ensure completion of
all clients’ requirements.

Volvo Vcads Pro.and for Mercedes DAS system

Coordinate activities of auto personnel, conducts research and testing

customer’s vehicle complies with environmental laws and government

prevent operational delays in repairing equipment; interview, hire and

Manage and maintain computerized service requests to track service

sheets, smoke detector records, asset inventory, fire log, compactor log and
pool log.

Look after the administrative works related to the various workshops on day
to day basis, and to tackle with many outside agencies to follow up the

the prices in regard to the new vehicles, or miscellaneous equipments to
fulfill their requirement on time to time and to submit to the management
for the approval.

management level to obtain the following ISO certifications, such as:

18001:2007
Reported to the Plant manager and take responsibility for planning risk
and issue management estimating and reporting. Was responsible for
developing project cost plans, report plan against actual progress and
forecast, identifying and understanding variance.
Assistance with estimate preparation, valuation of contractor claims,
provide planning, schedule data input to monthly project report and
present planning reports at management meetings.
Assisted Planning Manager for planning, scheduling, monitoring of
Production and execution of Projects by ensuring quality, legal aspects,
cost effectiveness and timely completion of projects with using Primavera 6
Program, also scheduling, monitoring of preventive maintenance of all
types of equipments, vehicles, machineries.
Job involved with supervises the maintenance activities at the workshops
premises and at the deferent sites. Arranging required parts to the
mechanics through foreman and meet their all requirement in connection

with the repair and the maintenance concern. To prepare daily, weekly &
monthly reports etc.
Also Al-Jaber Est. is dealing with many different clients such as CB/ULG
(Unleaded gasoline project at Ruwais, US Air Force at Al-Dafra, & NPCC,
Descon Engineering at Habshan, in regard to the rental of the equipments
on hiring basis as on short terms or long terms basis. During this time I was

Caterpiller, Volvo, Komatsu, & Light vehicles division from
