- Prepare scope of work and technical specifications for Control Systems upgrades to ensure proper implementation of cyber security requirements.
- Conduct Cybersecurity Risk Assessment according to ISA/IEC 62443-3-2.
- Conduct Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessments: High level and Passive Assessments.
- Develop and manage ICS hardware & software assets inventory.
- Perform cybersecurity related PM: AV update, hardening, and windows patches.
- Design, review and develop cybersecurity architectures for ICS/OT systems.
- Develop, implement, operate, and maintain network infrastructure devices and security appliances.
- Check compliance with applicable regulations, standards, policies, and guidance.
- Prepare Scope of Work and Bid documents defining the functional requirements/ specifications, for new projects contract.
- Develop preventive maintenance and annual inspection procedures for DCS, SIS, and PLC.
- Assist Plant O&M personnel in analyzing critical system upsets/operating problems and recommend measures to avoid recurrences.
- Initiate and lead Root Cause Analysis Reports for major failures.
- Effectively communicate with all leading OEM for any technical issues related with plant Instrumentation and Control installed base.
- Follow-up with the contractors from purchase order up to job completion certificate.
- Plan for spare parts requirements.
- Review, comment, and approval of I&C related documents to comply with project technical specifications.
- Inspecting of equipment as per approved documentation and for compliance with the relevant project specifications and international engineering standards.
- Comment the discrepancies on inspection requests (RFI).
- Site Acceptance Testing and Factory Acceptance Testing.
- Design review, Site Supervision and Commissioning of 4 Generating Units.
- Monitor the performance of instrumentation erection, installation, testing and commissioning for compliance with engineering / construction documents and schedule.
- Supervising group of engineers & technicians to maintain instruments and control system.
- Monitor and control spares inventory in coordination with purchasing division by analyzing the stock level and rate of consumption.
- Preventive maintenance activities as per the schedule
- Daily follow-up of plant I&C defects.
- Monitor work progress against planned schedules.
- Calibration of filed instruments and control valves
