Identity Access Management & IT application parameters - KFH Group (Bahrain, Turkey, Malaysia)  Manage a team of IT application parameters team to address the requirements of IT parameters configuration on KFH group business systems, all financial transaction related to users, branches, and external companies.

 Manage KFH business systems for IT business parameter updates with the sound knowledge and functionality for the IT parameters management and having preassessment for knowing output of the required functionalities.  Manage the configuration of Automated Teller Machines, XTMs digital devices and KFH Go Live branches (Digital Branch), define all charities organizations that have accounts with KFH in core systems.  Responsible to create and review all Matrices for KFH systems also to review the process and procedures that’s related to our department.  Define the services, Holidays, and products in BMC Remedy system and MYIT Customer service for KFH Kuwait and Malaysia.  Managing all IT Department groups and Users profiles in BMC Remedy systems.  Lead and assist Access Control Management to grant and modify access to the KFH Group business users.  Involved in heterogeneous for any kind of Business Request or Access Control Request on different systems and environment requiring high widespread technical Skills, practical.  Execute test plans and build test cases to ensure the System functionality and behavior is according to the Expected functional and Non-functional requirements  Manage the I.T Custody for system IDs & keys related to Critical systems, database, and servers.  Managing staff to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes and per SLA (Service Level Agreement) IT Governance and Control  Providing initial risk assessment for new services and products, also responsible on I.T Audit Observations Follow up.  To ensure that all SLAs for IT services across the organization according to the specification. This includes developing, managing, and administrating service management best practice.
