- Conducted information system audit in companies operating warehouses in the Free zone (SNTL DAMCO - MAROC DISPATCH)
- Controlled the validity of data on MedHub's system
- Coordinated between MedHub and the operators, and suggested updates for the traceability system

- Conducted a satisfaction survey to measure the efficiency of the procedures and its impacts on customer satisfaction.
