Controlling all project documentation works by sending official emails and letters to clients, subcontractors like Jan
De Nul, Jurong Engineering, Shimbo, Poratha, Keller, Naffco, Hanmaek etc. through company provided document
management system (SPIMS) or Project Portal.
* Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
* Preparing Master Document List (MDL) and Vendor Document List (VDL) in Project Portal.
* Prepared transmittal (TR), Technical Comment Sheet (TCS), letters, MoM, ESF documents sending to the Client.

* Preparation of Permit to Work (PTW) and Project Templates.
