Responsibilities:
Developed recruitment strategies to attract, source tech talents in various methods such as building professional networks, social media platforms, maintained a good relationship with past candidates, referral schemes, targeting passive candidates, Job fairs, Job portals, partnered with external parties and act as a subject-matter-expert in all recruitment related matters.
Candidate offer negotiation & closure, assisted in reference checks, coordinated with relevant team members to devise strategic formulation of scalable, effective on-boarding process to ensure smooth candidate experience.
Served as a business partner, execute strategic HR initiatives across department from staffing, performance management to compensation planning and employee communication among others.

Responsibilities:
Handled recruiting activities from posting job adverts, screening, interviewing candidates and offer issuance.
Managed the on-boarding process of new joiners including orientation, arranged access, prepared necessary documents and devices.
