Was responsible for leading and managing a project team in auditing and implementing improvements to all the IT software and procedures. Also involved in managing, planning, scheduling & reporting on project activities.
Was responsible for coordinating project status reports for Projects, including design, process improvement, and managing responses from project teams for the weekly report updates.
Was responsible for creating user experiences, translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
