-Currently handling Government entities and Business Groups for content and data management solutions
-Maintaing the Database for all accounts
-Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
managing databases and filing systems
implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
collating and filing expenses
miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research
• Coordinates with the Hotel Industry as per our client’s requests for Room Reservation and Meeting Room Reservations • Coordinates with Tourism and Training Companies for our client’s request for Leisure and Holiday packages stay in Dubai • Setting up meetings with Sales Directors and General Managers in the Hospitality Industry for future business • Administrating the everyday duties in the office as per the role of an office manager, but multitasking between an office manager and business coordinator with the clients • Schedules meeting with General Managers or Managing Directors of Tourism companies to discuss and successfully attain a B2B Partnership for future business.

-files all documents after the flight, when i usually am assigned as a boarding gate agent, i tend to file all documents used in that flight
