Production Engineer (Jan 2007 - Jan 2009)
Looking after the Production department of 38 employees and machineries and to report directly to the Production manager and Director General. My major responsibilities include: ➢ Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
➢ Trial of new raw materials and additives, analyzing them for better quality and processing.
➢ To calculate optimum raw material mixing ratios for PPR and HDPE to colour master batches and PEX resin to catalyst..
➢ Attending the breakdowns and problem solving towards the printing machines (Image, Hitachi & Linx)
➢ To make standard parameters for machine settings both for Injection molding machines (JET master series 88 - 488 tons) and Extruders (Olimas, Italy and H.M.G.Refec Malaysia)

➢ To recommend ideas to improve production efficiency and devise new targets and goals for higher productivity, through work and method study and through application of proper working procedures.

➢ Process setting and process control of machines and to find optimum process setting parameters to reduce wastage of power, and raw materials and to minimize rejection and to maintain good quality and productivity.
