Attending Weekly Quality Meeting with SAPMT and Contractors to discuss quality related
issues.
o Attending project kick of meetings and conducting presentation about client quality
requirements.
o Responsible to prepare Weekly highlights and project Dashboard.
o Conducting awareness presentation to contractor on Schedule Q, SAEP-381, SAEP-385,
PQI and material receiving Inspection etc.

o Follow up with SAPMT and Contractor for corrective actions.
o Review and Approval of Contractors quality submittals.
o To review the Project Scope of Work, Schedule” Q”, Project Quality Plan and determinethe quality deliverables associated with the works.To insure implementation of Saudi Aramco, International standards, Code, Specification
and procedure.
o To participate in the Saudi Aramco Conference call and monthly communication meetings.
o To Support the team for all necessary, technical and critical issues.
o Co-ordination and management of inspection activities of all disciplines.
o Monitoring the MPCS for PMCC Approvals.
o Responsible for allocation of duties all inspection activities of all disciplines.
Attending regular Inspections for RFI received through QMIS/EPM notification.
o Conducting Surveillance and making proactive entries, violation accordingly as per SAEP-
381.
o Attending Weekly Quality Meeting conducted by Contractor and discussing quality related

assessing their compliance to Saudi Aramco requirements, project specification, Schedule

Inspection activities & handling Mazalij & Abu Jifan Pipeline Project.
o Responsible for Welding Inspections of Structural Steel construction as well as Pipe Spool
fabrication, including before, during and after welding for compliance to applicable Codes
& Standards and workmanship & documentation control
o Responsible for pre-welding inspection activities, including safety precautions,
documentation verification, welder qualifications, equipment calibrations, verification of
base materials and consumables for size, conditions, specifications & storage, fit-up
preparation, distortion control, pre-heat application etc.
o Perform duties as Welding supervisor in absence of Supervisor.
o Preparation and submission of daily and weekly reports.
• Inspection of heat exchanger, vessels and columns fabrication activities as per approved Inspection & Test Plan
• Verification of Material as per drawing.
• Prepared of material summary.
• Material identification and control as per MTC.
• Stage wise Fit up inspection of the shell to shell, Nozzles to shell & attachments etc
• Verification of Nozzle orientation, Elevation & Projection as per drawing.
• Verification of all welding parameters during welding per approved WPS.
• Verification of welder qualification record.
• Co-ordination with Client inspector in the view of witness / hold point as mentioned in ITP.
• Arrange NDT as per code/ specification and approved Inspection & test plan.
• Final Visual Dimensional Inspection verification
• Verification of Pneumatic test of the RF pads.
• Hydrostatic/pneumatic/water fill test inspection
• Preparation of all QC Reports.
• Inspection of pre-shipment of the equipments.
• Responsible for preparation of Final Dossier.
