Project. Providing key role for the IT management of Sharjah Municipality for Service, Maintenance,
Monitoring and providing Support for Computer Network, Web-Applications and Internal Servers .
Duties :
Configuration of Systems and Network .
Working on Active Directory, Exchange Server and controlling IT user accounts
Evaluating and maintaining Server Performance
Provide End User Support training and documentation.
Maintenance & management of Windows based Server Environment.
Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels.
Managing and monitoring of Network file system and backups of servers.
Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
System upgrades both at workstation and Server level.

Duties:

requirements using Logmein Rescue Remote Application.

E-mail set-up using MS Outlook, Windows live mail, Thunderbird, MAC mail.
Assisting in Webmail issues with ATT.Yahoo website and reset.
Advise on viable repair/upgrade options and alternatives.
Documenting all Case scenarios using Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool.
Implementation & configuration of Systems and Network .

Duties :
Design Optical Couplers with 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 Specifications.
Maintaining Specifications of device precision and loss.
Testing Device on various levels including Back Reflection Test and Rapid Temperature testing.
Provide full documentation of all Testing and Results.
