• Carry further responsibilities regularly arising out of the retail business needs.
• Performing the function of retail operations control for multi retail stores
• Supervise & manage more than 70, 000 plus products & 50 million worth of inventory
• Controlling OPEX of retail outlet & handling procurement of the stores.
• Analyzing receivables and payables for store.
• Conduct short meetings & power talks with staff
• Actively involved in setting up loyalty program at store level
• Responsible for applying & maintaining standards for visual presentation & store appearance
• Managed cash handling procedures, cash deposits procedure, etc
• Ensuring safety & security procedures are implemented.
