• Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work,
plastering, false ceiling, gypsum, painting internal and external, marble and
porcelain works, and landscaping.
• Architecture and civil works inspection on-site to ensure specification and contract
requirements.
• Follow up on all Architectural work at the site.
• Inspection of mock-up and installation of layout.
• Raise the RFIs. For all completed Architectural activities, like blocks, plasters,
paints, Doors, Windows, and Exterior Cladding.
• Follow up on approved Architecture and structure shop Drawings, specifications, Role & Responsibilities
• Inspection of finishing works based on contractor Work Inspection
Requests(WIR) to ensure compliance with approved plans and
specifications.
• Preparation and maintained documentation including Method
Statements
(MST), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Material Inspection
Requests (MIR), and Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and RFIs.
• All material inspections and tests performance by third parties..
• Managing all finishing works including high-end floor finishes,
joinery works, wall finishes, façades, structural glazing, wall cladding
, and interior works.
• Monitoring and followed up on all architectural activities at the site
to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensuring that all approved materials used in the project are in
accordance with the specifications.
• Supervising site execution based on setting-out plans and project
drawings.
• Reviewing contractor’s architectural shop drawings, material
submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Coordinating job scheduling and site progress updates with project
managers in line with approved timelines.
• Conducting daily site surveillance to ensure compliance with
contract specifications and approved drawings.
• Collaborating with project management to uphold quality
management practices and execute inspection/test programs.
• Coordinating inspections with third-party agencies and monitored
subcontractor activities for compliance with quality standards.
• Preparing detailed weekly and monthly QA/QC reports for
transparent progress tracking and communication.
• Instructing and leading the site crew to work in accordance with
approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitoring all ongoing activities and providing technical guidance to
the work team based on project specifications.
• Ensuring projects met agreed specifications, quality benchmarks,
and deadlines.
• Conducting inspections as per the approved Inspection and Test
Plan (ITP), witnessed tests, and documented inspection results.
• Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with the
company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System.

• Follow up Method of statement and submittals.
• Co-ordination of works with structural, and MEP Engineers.
• Reports to construction manager site-related issues ( Daily, Weekly, Monthly,
progress report).
