Major job rule is procurement of all Food & Non Food items for our restaurants in Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Key responsibilities include stock management, forecasting, quarterly planning of supply chain management, and regular price negotiations with suppliers to ensure procurement of best quality raw materials maintaining low food cost and price stability.
Worked as a senior demand generation executive with monthly delivery average of more than 60 to 70 qualified bant leads(SQL, MQL, HQL, Appointment Generation and white papers) for all regions (US, UK, EMEA etc) . Have also been looking after the training and quality aspect of the business simultaneously.
In continuation to heading the Logistics department, job role involved handling complete maintenance related issues for all the 12 restaurant branches and staff accommodation buildings. I was also responsible for dealing with real estates and finding potential locations for expansion, analysis of area and business trend etc.
Restaurant maintenance involved immediate and preventive maintenance, annual maintenance contracts, equipment calibrations team and managing all other repair and interior works
Major job role involved complete fleet management of over 120 cars and drivers, handling the delivery module, hiring of drivers based on experience and requirements, mapping of all the areas and designing and revising delivery patterns etc.
Additional responsibilities also included dealing with leasing and rental companies and legal issues with regards to logistics and facilities.
Handling Corporate sales and regular replenishment for all Hyper Markets (Lulu, Carrefour, Geant, City Center, Sultan Center) and KDR Channels (Alghanim, Eureka, Best Electronics, Grand Hyper, Honest Center etc).
Also was responsible for stock handling, market analysis and promotion planning for different channels accordingly.
