13- Rehabilitation of Saida Municipality bldg.
The project consists of design and execution of several farmhouses to hold cutlery, poultry, and dairy factories.
The project is to propose a new master plan for the existing municipal stadium including the extension of the stadium and a new parking lot.

The project is to rehabilitate an existing villa of around 8500 square meters damaged by the recent war, the job consisted of a coordination effort between all existing trades and contractors.

The project covers a land around 45000 square meters, consisting of 10 buildings. Covering a built up area of around 42000 square meters: comprising of a kindergarten bldg., an elementary bldg., an administration bldg., an intermediate bldg., a secondary bldg., a fully equipped theater housing 500 seats, a fly tower and a back stage area, a fully equipped gymnasium, a cafeteria bldg., and a mechanical room.

The project covers an area of 4 hectares of deteriorated historical and old buildings. The area was one of the oldest souks of Beirut. The aim of the project is to design a commercial center based on the fact that the area has it’s own historical and architectural character.
The project covers an area of about 8 hectares composed of historical “religious and commercial buildings” plus a large zone of demolished buildings. The aim of the project is to conserve the old tissue and the old pattern and to design and fit new commercial and residential buildings and new activities that act and communicate with the existing surroundings.

The scope of work is to study and propose the suitable networks of the following services to downtown-storm water drainage, sewerage, telephone and street lighting network.
My intervention was the coordination between the urban project and the trade consultants (ACE) working on the project.
